graduated from the University of Southern California in 2018, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minored in Psychology and Law.
Brittany graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2023. While at UCI Law, Brittany made Top 16 orators in Moot Court. After her first year, Brittany interned at Root and Rebound, working with incarcerated individuals as they were preparing for release. After her second year, Brittany worked at the American Civil Liberties Union, Los Angeles working on the Police Practices project.
Brittany also worked at UCI Law’s Clinics, working in the Criminal Justice Clinic, and becoming an advanced student in the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic. While in the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic Brittany worked on several cases advocating for Justice and equal rights for all, including working on police brutality claims and those against the unconstitutional prosecutorial programs in Orange County.
In addition, Brittany was awarded the most Pro Bono Hours Award for her class, for her work with various Public Defender’s Offices working with recently charged individuals and in appellate and post conviction matters.
After graduating law school, Brittany worked as a Legal Fellow at the Peace and Justice Law Center. There she worked with individuals who had prior gang involvement, providing them with wrap around legal services.
Once she completed her Fellowship Brittany decided to expand her defense of others to encompass mass torts and continue to represent and defend the underrepresented, coming to work with Andrews & Higgins.
